ZYDA LAW ADVISES ON INTERNATIONAL RAIL AND MARITIME DEVELOPMENT

Strategic Land Europe is a leading provider of land solutions for the UK and European logistics industry.  Goodman Europe is a major owner and developer of major European infrastructure projects.

Zyda Law are advising SLE and Goodman on the planning (including master planning) aspects and terms of agreement with the French authority Port Autonone De Dunkerque in relation to the provision of a major International rail and maritime freight distribution park (circa 10,500,000m2) at land within the statutory authority of the Port of Dunkirk, France.

The scheme's vision has been hatched by SLE and, working closely with Zyda Law, a master plan of the proposed development is underway.
