ZYDA LAW ADVISES ON MAJOR RAIL DEVELOPMENT

Zyda Law has been appointed to assist and advise on the planning, environmental and transport and works act orders necessary to develop 1,000,000m2 of rail connected distribution park.

Zyda Law are advising SLE on the planning aspects and terms of agreement with Goodman UK in relation to the provision of a rail freight distribution at land near Heathrow, London, to be known as the Slough International Freight Exchange (S.I.F.E). The scheme's vision has been hatched by SLE and, working in partnership with Goodman, representations have made in relation to the Slough Borough Council's Local Development Framework.
