ZYDA LAW APPOINTED BY AMOS DEVELOPMENTS

Zyda Law LLP is delighted to announce its appointment by AMOS Developments to assist with various planning and environmental matters across their extensive property holdings including, in particular, planning applications for new development proposals and an appeal associated with leisure and related residential developments.

AMOS has over 15 years development experience and has undertaken numerous commercial, residential and leisure developments involving the conversion of rural buildings in sensitive areas in Staffordshire, Derbyshire and Cheshire.

Its new build experience is worthy of special mention; AMOS has begun construction of the world's first rotating building (known as "The Dumble") set into the Derbyshire hillside, which will be the most energy efficient building in the UK.

Zyda Law has a broad range of experience in planning matters, including leisure (where we have previously advised on Casinos, Theme Parks, Lap Dancing Clubs and conversion of Public Houses and Cinemas), and will be in the front line in securing planning consents for AMOS's development proposals.
