ZYDA LAW TO DEFEND ENFORCEMENT ACTION AGAINST AGRICULTURAL ACTIVITIES

Following enforcement action taken by a local authority, Zyda Law LLP has been instructed by a farming client, with the support and backing of the NFU, to defend certain agricultural activities including the spreading of "fertilizer" to land, in what is being rightly seen by many as a highly important test case for the UK farming industry in general.
