INEOS AND GAZ DE FRANCE COMPLETE ON MULTI MILLION AGREEMENT
ZYDA LAW play key part in completion of multi million pound transaction between INEOS Chlor Ltd, the world's second largest chemical company, and Gaz De France, a statutory undertaker delivering energy in the UK and France.
ZYDA LAW advised on the planning and environmental issues associated with the proposed transfer of the land consented for development of a 28 cavity underground gas storage facility and above ground compressor station on land at Stublach Grange Farm, Cheshire to UK and French utility company Gaz De France.
ZYDA LAW identified the need to give to the regulatory authority prior notice of the proposed transfer and, having prepared and submitted the required notice, achieved on behalf of the INEOS a deemed approval, allowing completion to proceed.
