ZYDA LAW APPOINTED ON ‘ENABLING DEVELOPMENT’ SCHEME
ENABLING DEVELOPMENT
Zyda Law LLP has been appointed by a Joint Venture client to advise on the enabling development proposals associated with development at and near to a significant heritage asset. Our work on this instruction builds from our growing experience of heritage assets including work done with the UKAEA in relation to Historic Scotland's proposed scheduling of the DFR Dome (a former nuclear reactor) and successful opposition to Combermere Abbey's enabling development proposals.
It will be our task to prepare and present robust planning materials in support of the application, as well to advise on application strategy together with environmental and commercial matters for the client.
Our extensive experience in planning, environmental and commercial matters allows us to advise the client comprehensively and, attend to extraneous matters in tandem with the enabling development scheme.
